Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hashcable.com and Hashcable's course (together, the "Service"), operated by Hashcable ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the website, joining the waitlist, or enrolling in a cohort, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, both incorporated here by reference.

Description of service

Hashcable is a live, cohort-based course that teaches AI automation for businesses and remote work. Each cohort runs for a fixed period with weekly live sessions, recorded content, a private community, and a certificate of completion upon finishing. Specific cohort dates, pricing, and curriculum are published on the website and may be updated between cohorts.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or use the Service. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during enrollment is accurate and complete.

Enrollment and payment

Enrollment is confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our payment partner, Paystack. Prices are listed on the enrollment page in the currency shown and may change between cohorts without affecting an enrollment already paid for. All payments are handled directly by Paystack; Hashcable does not collect or store full card or bank account details.

Cohort spots are limited. We reserve the right to close enrollment early once a cohort fills, and to decline or refund an enrollment at our discretion, including where fraud or payment reversal is suspected.

Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of enrolling, provided you have not yet accessed more than one live session or module of course content. To request a refund, email hello@hashcable.com with your enrollment details.

After the 48-hour window, or after accessing more than one module, enrollments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Course access and license

Upon enrollment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view course content for your own learning. This license does not permit you to resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from the course content.

Access to live sessions, recordings, and the community runs for the duration stated on the enrollment page at time of purchase. We may, but are not obligated to, extend access beyond that period.

Code of conduct

When participating in live sessions, the private community, or any other part of the Service, you agree not to:

• Share your login credentials or course access with anyone who has not enrolled
• Record, redistribute, or resell course content without written permission
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other students, the instructor, or staff
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the community or a live session, and to suspend or terminate access under section 13, for violating this code of conduct.

Intellectual property

All course content, including video lessons, templates, frameworks, the Hashcable name and logo, and the website itself, is owned by Hashcable or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of this to you, beyond the limited license described in section 6.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the course will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific expectations or result in any particular income, job offer, or business outcome. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hashcable and its instructor, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of income, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your enrollment.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hashcable harmless from any claim, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund, if you violate these Terms, the code of conduct in section 7, or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund outside the policy in section 5.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Hashcable evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify enrolled students by email before the changes take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
